Score Valley Country House Hotel is ideally placed between Woolacombe and Ilfracombe, and we are very experienced in catering for groups for almost any interest or activity. The hotel is available for hire for groups of up to 20 for mid-week or weekend breaks, team building events or holidays. Close to Exmoor and the unspoiled Atlantic beaches of the North Devon Golden Coast it is the perfect area in any season for walking, cycling, horse riding, shooting, fishing or water sports.

We are very well served locally by a variety of excellent activity centres for quad biking, clay shooting, paint ball, karting or surfing. There are also five golf courses to cater for all skill levels and a further five within a 30 minute drive.

Please contact us to discuss your requirements. We can offer accommodation on a bed and breakfast only basis or including an evening meal. Special dietary requirements can also be catered for.

The hotel is licensed with a well stocked bar and has a games room with pool, darts or traditional bar billiards and shove ha’penny. So you are free to enjoy the many excellent restaurants and country pubs or simply stay in and relax in the hotel in the evenings.
 

For those who prefer to simply relax there are the National Trust properties including Arlington Court and Dunster Castle or a visit to the many beautiful gardens not least of which are the RHS Gardens at Rosemoor.
